What we collect

The aggregated property listings we display are public commercial listings sourced from third-party portals. We deliberately do not collect, store, or publish named-individual or personal data about the people associated with a listed property — our canonical schema omits such fields by design.

When you use the platform we may process limited operational data necessary to deliver and secure the service (for example request logs). We do not sell this data.

No personal data, deep-link not re-host

Phoeniks is an aggregator that deep-links to original source listings rather than re-hosting their media. Where a source listing itself contains contact or personal information, that data lives on and is controlled by the source portal — not by Phoeniks. To have such information amended or removed, contact the original source.

Retention

Operational data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal and security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and may object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within the period required by law.
